CRL.REV. P. (MAT.) 99/2026 1.

The present petition is directed against an order dated 11.12.2025 passed by the learned Family Court, South-East District, Saket Courts, New Delhi, whereby interim maintenance of Rs. 40,000/- per month has been granted against the petitioner - husband in favour of the respondent - wife.

After some hearing, learned counsel for the parties agree that the petition may be disposed of with the following directions, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties in the pending proceedings:

comprehensively. For this purpose, they are referred to mediation under the aegis of Samadhan, Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Shershah Road, New Delhi - 110503. The parties will appear before the learned Mediator on 09.03.2026. b. The impugned order was passed on 11.12.2025, however, even thereafter, the petitioner has paid only Rs.10,000/- per month in accordance with an ad-interim arrangement. He will pay the balance amount of Rs. 60,000/- due for the months for January and February 2026 to the respondent within one week from today. c. The current maintenance amount of Rs. 40,000/-, as directed by the impugned order, will be paid by the 10th day of each month. d. I am informed that the proceedings before the learned Family Court are next listed in July 2026. In order to give the parties an opportunity to settle the matter, no coercive steps will be taken until the next date of hearing before the learned Family Court. 3.

It is made clear that these arrangements are made without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties, and with the consent of learned counsel for the parties.

The petition, alongwith pending application, is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
