The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 151 of the CPC seeks the following prayers:- "a. Petitioner no. 1 seeks permission to travel internationally alongwith petitioner no. 2 (minor son) namely Vikirn Singh to Sweden, Malmo & other countries for a period of 15 days i.e. 1st to 15th of June, 2026 for holiday visit.

b. Pass any other order necessary, which this Hon'ble court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 4.

As per the averments made in the present petition, a divorce proceeding is pending between the parties before the learned Family Court, being HMA No. 1/2024. visitation proceedings pending before any Court. Admittedly, no order has been passed by any Court, either restricting or requiring the petitioner to seek any permission from any Court.

The jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950, is to be exercised for superintendence over all Courts and Tribunals. No order of any proceedings pending between the parties before learned Family Court or any other Court with respect to the aforesaid prayers has been placed on record by the petitioner for this Court to adjudicate. 6.

In view of the above, present petition is not maintainable and is dismissed and disposed of.
