Heard the petitioner in person and learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.1-BCD.

The petitioner states that he does not wish to press prayer (a) of the writ petition. As regards prayer (b), learned counsel representing respondent no.1-BCD has stated that a notice has been issued to the members of the respondent no.1-BCD, who are to take part in the Bar Council of Delhi Elections, 2026 that mobile phones, camera or any scanning devices are strictly prohibited inside the polling booths during the aforesaid Elections. One such notice circulated through WhatsApp has been furnished to us in Court, which is taken on record.

Learned counsel representing respondent no.1-BCD has stated that the said notice shall strictly be followed for which help and cooperation of the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Delhi Police will also be taken.

In view of the aforesaid statement made on behalf of respondent no.1BCD, the writ petition stands disposed of. 5.

As stated above, the petitioner who appears in person does not wish to press prayer (a) made in the writ petition and seeks to withdraw the same with liberty to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievances as embodied in the said prayer.

As regards prayer (a), the liberty sought is granted. 7.

The instant writ petition stands disposed of.
