The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 376/2025 of PS Welcome for offence under Section 109(1)/3(5) BNS. 2.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant, on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh before the trial court subsequent to recording of testimony of the witness who identified the accused/applicant during TIP proceedings. 3.

As requested, the bail application and the accompanying applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought. Learned trial court is requested to examine the witnesses of TIP proceedings on 25.03.2025, when trial is stated to be already listed.
