% 12.05.2016 Verification report has been filed by the State verifying that the appellant - Dalip Singh has expired on 29.12.2015. A copy of death certificate has also been placed on record.

On the last date of hearing, family members of the appellant were present and it was inquired from them as to whether they are interested in pursuing the appeal or not and they submitted that they did not want to pursue the matter. That being so, appeal has become infructuous and is accordingly stands disposed of as such.
