Respective counsel for the parties are in agreement that the Settlement Agreement dated 03.07.2025 which forms the basis of disposal of complaint case No.1067/2021 by JMFC, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi, is required to be adhered to.

Considering the terms of the aforesaid settlement agreement, it is agreed as under:

(i) The respondent shall immediately give a third notice of divorce, as contemplated in the aforesaid Settlement Agreement within a period of seven days from today.

(ii) The petitioner unequivocally undertakes to cooperate with the respondent in quashing of FIR No.31/2020, PS Hari Parwat, Agra, U.P. and if necessary, appear in the said proceedings for the said CONT.CAS(C) 287/2026 By:ABHISHEK THAKUR 13:45:51

purpose.

It is agreed that the costs for the petitioner's travel to the concerned Court in connection with the aforesaid, amounting to Rs. 10,000/-, shall be paid by the respondent to the petitioner after the quashing of the said FIR. 4.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms. The parties shall remain bound by the aforesaid undertaking.
