The present application has been filed on behalf of the appellants under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as, 'CPC') seeking condonation of delay of 710 days in filing the present appeal.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the delay of 710 days in filing the present appeal is condoned. 3.

The application stands disposed of.

dated 24.03.2026 arrived at between them before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. He further submits that, as per the Settlement Agreement, the parties have partitioned the suit properties and the amount mentioned therein has already been exchanged between the parties. He, therefore, prays that in terms of the aforesaid Settlement Agreement, the present appeal be disposed of. 5.

The respondent alongwith his son is present the Court and submits that he has no objection if the present appeal is disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 24.03.2026. 6.

Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 24.03.2026 and the present appeal along with pending applications, if any, stands disposed of in view of the aforesaid Settlement Agreement. The said Settlement Agreement dated 24.03.2026 shall form part of the Decree.
