The present appeal has been filed under Section 13(1A) of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 read with Section 104 and Order 43 Rule 1(A) of the CPC assailing the order dated 28.01.2026 passed by learned District Judge (Commercial Court)-01, Patiala House Court, New Delhi in Ex.(COMM) 210/2023.

After some hearing, learned counsel for the appellant prays to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to take appropriate alternate remedies, as permissible in law.
