By way of the present application, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 103/2025 dated 24.09.2025, registered at Police Station Tilak Marg, New Delhi, under Section 309(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

Mr. Hitesh Vali, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, has handed over a copy of the status report dated 24.02.2026 in Court, which is taken on record.

After some arguments, Mr. Nitin Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application, without prejudice to the applicant's right to approach the Sessions Court at the appropriate stage, including after the recording of evidence of material witnesses.
