Petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 108/2023 dated 25.02.2023, registered at P.S. Jamia Nagar, Delhi, under Sections 498A/406/506/34 of IPC and Sections 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of settlement arrived at between the parties. 2.

Learned counsel for petitioners, in all fairness, submits that, though, at an earlier point in time, parties had entered into settlement and there was also a khulanama but thereafter respondent No.2 has not cooperated further and, though, she is getting regular maintenance, however, for the purpose of quashing of FIR in question she, somehow, is not interested in appearing before this Court. 3.

After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for petitioners, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, does not press the present petition with liberty to file it afresh with 'no objection/affidavit' of respondent No.2 or on merits.

Petition stands disposed of as not pressed.

Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
