% 08.02.2019 Crl.M.A. 3009/2019 Non-bailable warrants against the appellants (applicants) with notices to their sureties were issued on account of non-appearance on 09.01.2019 when the appeal was taken up for hearing from regular board. The counsel appearing for the applicants regrets the default submitting that it was on their account that the appellants did not have the due communication. He assures that the appellants would hereafter scrupulously appear on the matter being taken up.

Non-bailable warrants against the appellants and notices to sureties shall be recalled unexecuted/unserved forthwith. The application stands disposed of in above terms. CRL.A. 587/2002 The appeal shall be taken up on 19th February, 2019. CRL.A. 587/2002

The appellants are directed to remain present with counsel accordingly.
