% 11.01.2017 The petitioners have filed the present petition seeking quashing of FIR No.653/2016 registered on the complaint of the complainant under Sections 323/341/34 IPC against the petitioners at Police Station Vijay Vihar. The complainants are present in Court. They are identified by the Investigating Officer.

The petitioners have been counselled to maintain good conduct in future. They have assured to the court they will maintain good conduct in the future.

The parties have arrived at a settlement on 06.01.2017, which has been placed on record. The complainant states that they have not been

subjected to any pressure or coercion and that they have entered the settlement out of their own free will. The complainant further states that they join the prayer for quashing of the FIR in question. Accordingly, no useful purpose would be served in proceeding further with the FIR in question and the proceedings emanating therefrom. The same are hereby quashed.
