The present petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Section 482 of the Cr.P.C.) seeks following prayers:- "(a) grant writ of certiorari or any other writ, order or direction quashing the impugned order dated 04.02.2025 and may kindly enlarge the Petitioner on bail;

(b) pass any other or further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper on the facts and in the circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition and submits that the petitioner shall surrender within a period of two days before the concerned learned Trial Court and, thereafter, he shall initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
