O R D E R

% 01.09.2016 The parties have compromised their disputes vide compromise deed dated 07.07.2016. The appellant has made payment of the amounts to the respondents/ complainants, as recorded in the compromise itself. Learned counsels, on instructions, therefore, pray that the offences be compounded. The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the compromise and proceed to act in terms of the same.

In view of the aforesaid, the appeals are disposed of and the offences stand compounded. The accused is, accordingly, discharged and the surety bonds are cancelled.
