Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the amount involved is less than two crores.

The original jurisdiction is not with this court. The application has to be made before the commercial court concerned. Reference in this regard be made to the decision of the Supreme Court in Jagdeep Chowgule v. Sheela Chowgule & Ors. 2026 INSC 92.

The petition is disposed of with liberty to approach the commercial court concerned.
