% 12.11.2018 CA 929/2018 This application is filed seeking direction to the respondent to produce FDR No.105828 dated 12.7.2012 for Rs.10,98,479/- drawn on Andhra Bank, Deepali Chowk, Delhi for cancellation of endorsement and transfer of the entire amount in Punjab National Bank, Sangaria Branch, Account of the plaintiff firm/Sun Agro Enterprises.

Learned counsel for the respondent company Northern India Coating(P) Ltd. is present in Court and has brought the FDR and the same is handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner. Registrar General, Delhi High Court will cancel the endorsement and thereafter Andhra Bank, Deepali Chowk is directed to transfer the entire proceeds with accumulated interest to the account of Sun Agro Enterprises in Punjab National Bank, Sangaria Branch. The transfer may be effected either by electronic transfer or by handing over of bankers' cheque to the Authorised representatives of Sun Agro Enterprises.
