The matter in the usual course is listed on 11.07.2025. However, an application being CM No.37876/2025 preferred on behalf of the petitioner is listed today seeking direction to the respondent to the effect that the present writ petition be treated by the respondent as representation. 2.
With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the petition is taken up for hearing today.

The present petition has been filed by petitioner seeking following reliefs:
"A.
Pass a writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ and/or directions quashing the Impugned Order bearing The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
no.CBSE/AFF./2730772/2024/01565 dated 30.10.2024 passed by the Respondent Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) as being completely illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and in violation of principles of natural justice." 4.
At the outset, Mr. Kirtiman Singh, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner will not press the present petition any further if the respondent treats the present petition as a representation and dispose of the same by a speaking order after affording personal hearing to the petitioner.

Mr. M.K. Sreegesh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/CBSE submits that the Court may dispose of the petition by issuing appropriate directions.

Having regard to the limited relief articulated by Mr. Kirtiman Singh, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the present petition with a direction to the respondent/CBSE to treat the same as representation and dispose of the same by way of a speaking order within a period of 20 days from today, after affording personal hearing to the petitioner. Ordered accordingly.

It is made clear that petitioner/School will not take any new admissions for Class-XI and Class-XII till the disposal of its representation. 8.
It is further clarified that nothing has been expressed on the merits of the case nor the present order will create any special equities in favour of the present petitioner.

The respondent/CBSE will be at liberty to seek any further documents from the petitioner school, if deemed necessary, for deciding the abovesaid representation.

The petition and pending applications, stand disposed of. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Accordingly, the next date already fixed in the petition i.e. 11.07.2025 stands cancelled.
