Mr. Kshitiz Garg, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. Amol Sinha, learned ASC for the State has handed-up a report received from jail, which also encloses order dated 17.02.2026 passed by the concerned authorities rejecting the petitioner's request for extension of parole. The same is taken on record.

Upon considering the contents of the petition and the report received from jail, this court is also not inclined to grant any further extension of parole to the petitioner.

The petition is accordingly dismissed.
