Learned Counsel for the parties submit that parties have settled the disputes between them and executed a settlement agreement dated 03.08.2024.

The settlement agreement dated 03.08.2024 is stated to have been filed, the same is however not on record. Learned Counsel for the Respondent has handed over a copy of the settlement agreement to the Court today.

On a query from the Court, both the parties have admitted to signing the settlement agreement without any pressure or coercion. They submit that they have amicably resolved their inter se disputes. 5.
The settlement agreement dated 03.08.2024 is taken on record. Registry is directed to scan and upload the same so that it remains embedded in the case file.
