The present Petition has been filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking directions to Respondent, inter alia, to pay the Petitioner undisputed amount of Rs. 14,49,91,711/- along with 18% interest till the date of payment. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submits that the disputes raised herein are not arbitrable and therefore, seeks the liberty of this Court to withdraw the present Petition. 3.

In view of the aforesaid submission, liberty, as sought for, is granted.

The present Petition, along with pending Application(s), if any, stands dismissed as withdrawn.
