After the efforts of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre as also Mr. Rajiv Nayyar, learned senior counsel for plaintiff, the parties have been able to resolve the disputes amicably and the settlement terms which have been agreed are as under:

(i) The term "Baba" will be completely removed from the impugned advertisement;

(ii) The picture of the child on Patanjali Doodh Biscuit packaging will be further blurred (more than what it is currently); (iii) The price and net weight of both products will be mentioned right below each of the products respectively;

Mr. Sagar Chandra, learned counsel appearing for defendants submits that the said terms are completely acceptable to the defendants and this Court may dispose of the Suit accordingly.

The defendant may file their affidavit of undertaking within ten (10) days from today with an advance copy to learned counsel for the plaintiffs. 4.

Let a decree sheet be prepared in terms of settlement terms noted in para 1(i) to (iv).

The Suit is decreed and disposed of in terms of the aforesaid settlement terms, alongwith pending applications, if any.
