By way of this application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with E-FIR NO. 64/2025, dated 08.12.2025, lodged at Police Station Cyber Police Station, Outer District, Delhi, under Sections 308/318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2.

After some arguments, Mr. Anshul Dutt, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this bail application. 3.

The bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

It is clarified that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the case, and all rights and contentions of the parties in any future application are left open.
