The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 07/2022 of PS Cyber (Central), Delhi for offence under Section 170/419/420/ 467/468/471/120B/34 IPC read with Section 66(D) IT Act and Section 14 Foreigners Act.

Broadly speaking, allegation against the accused/applicant is that as a part of organized syndicate, he impersonated and cheated 756 victims to the total tune of approximately Rs. 2.2 crores.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh before the trial court after examination of at least five victims The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
