The present petition has been filed seeking initiation of contempt proceedings under Section 2(c)(ii) and Section 2(c)(iii) of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971 against the Respondents.

When the matter was taken on last date of hearing, i.e., 15.09.2025, no one was present despite revised call and notice was, accordingly, issued to the learned counsel for the petitioners.

None is present on behalf of the petitioners even today. 4.

The contempt petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. 5.

Pending applications, if any, also stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
