The present petition under Section 24 of the CPC seeks the following prayers: - "i. to allow the present Transfer petition bearing No. PC/42230/2016 titled as "Rama Sethi Vs. State & Ors." pending in the Ld. Court of Ms. Shivali Sharma, D.J., Distt. Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, to transfer in any other competent court of same or higher jurisdiction, in the interest of justice. ii. to allow to Transfer, "Application U/S 340 Cr.P.C" bearing No. Misc. DJ-383/2025 titled as "Naveen Kathuria vs Rama Sethi" filed by the Petitioner pending in the Ld. Court of Ms. Shivali Sharma, D.J., Distt. Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, to any other competent court of same or higher jurisdiction, in the interest of justice.
iii. To summon the entire Trial Court Record lying pending in the Ld. Court of Ms. Shivali Sharma, D.J., Distt. Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in the matter "Rama Sethi Vs. State & Ors." and not The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. to proceed further and Stay the proceedings, before deciding the said Transfer petition first under the facts and circumstances mentioned herein above, in the interest of justice;" 3.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to file afresh with correct particulars.
