By virtue of the present application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Cr.P.C), the applicant seeks grant of regular bail in FIR No.165/2022 dated 17.06.2022 registered at PS.: Special Cell, Lodhi Road, Delhi under Sections 489B/489C of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC) and Section 16 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act 1967.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present bail application.

As such, the present bail application alongwith the pending application is dismissed as withdrawn.
