Second Bail Application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023) has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, Anshu Sharma for grant of Bail in FIR No.

44/2021 dated 22.01.2021 under Section 363/328/366/370/376D of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, Section 75 J.J. Act, Section 6 and 14 of POCSO Act and Section 3/5 I.T.P. Act, registered at Police Station Kapashera.

After some arguments, learned counsel on behalf of the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application. 3.

The Bail Application is permitted to be withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
