The copy of the order dated 23rd April, 2026, is taken on record. 2.

In light of the aforesaid, the application of the petitioner dated 13th January, 2025 and 27th May, 2025 for reenlistment shall be considered by MCD within four (4) weeks from today.

Accordingly, the present petition stands satisfied and is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
