The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent/Delhi Jal Board (DJB) to ensure supply of potable water in the house of the petitioners and their locality.

Time was given to the respondent/DJB to rectify/remedy the water pipe to supply water to the petitioners' premises. 3.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners confirms that the situation has been remedied and now the petitioners are receiving a clean water supply.

In view thereof, the present writ petition stands disposed of, with a direction to the respondent/DJB to ensure that the petitioners continue to get a supply of clean water.

sinking and he has communicated the same to the concerned JE. 6.
