This application has been filed under Section 439 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (in short Cr.P.C), praying for the applicant to be released on bail in FIR No.39/2020 registered at Police Station Gokalpuri, Delhi under Sections 147/148/ 149/188/153A/201/427/436/120-B/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

The Learned Special Public Prosecutor for the State, on instructions, submits that there are four important public witnesses who are yet to be examined before the learned Trial Court, namely, Shyam Singh, Anil Pal, Ankit Pal, and Gulshan Singh. He submits that the applicant may influence these witnesses, if released on bail. 3.

submits that as far as Ankit Pal is concerned, he has already been examined and discharged.

He submits that he be given liberty to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to move the same again once the other witnesses are examined by the Prosecution, so as to, in all manner, obviate the objection of the respondent.

The application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
