Learned counsel for respondent appears on advance notice and has shown a vacation notice issued under Section 349 of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957. Such notice dated 11.02.2025 indicates about the details of the unauthorized construction. A copy thereof has also been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent, on instructions received from Mr. Shobhit Kumar, Asstt. Engineer -I (Bldg.) -I, Rohini Zone, submits that further requisite action shall be taken within a period of four weeks from today. It is also undertaken that petitioner would also be apprised about the proposed action to be taken in the matter. 3.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner, at the moment, does not press the present contempt petition. She, however, seeks liberty to revive the same by moving appropriate application if nothing is done within a period of four weeks from today. 4.

The petition stands disposed of as not pressed. Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
