As per roster the application ought to have been listed before the Division Bench of S.Muralidhar, J and Vinod Goel, J. However, since the said Bench is not available, the application is listed before us in terms of the order passed by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice We find from the order dated 19.07.2018, that the appellant has been granted time to surrender up to 31.07.2018. There is no grave urgency for the application to be taken up today by this Bench. In this view of the matter, the present application can be taken up by the Roster Bench on
