After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for petitioner states that the petitioner would explore other permissible actions including by filing appropriate application before the concerned Court exercising jurisdiction with respect to the criminal case registered by Cyber Crime Police Station, CCS, Detective Department, Hyderabad City. 2.

He, however, seeks to approach this Court again, in case, need so arises.

In view of the above, petition stands disposed of as not pressed. Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
