% 19.02.2026 By the present petition, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 175/2021, dated 25.05.2021, registered at P.S. Patparganj Industrial Area under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ["IPC"], alongwith all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom. Sections 323, 506, and 201 read with Section 34 of the IPC, and Section 67 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, were subsequently added pursuant to the chargesheet dated 22.10.2021.

After some arguments, Mr. Zahid Ali, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw this petition, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioners in the pending criminal proceedings.

Accordingly, the petition, alongwith the pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the above submission.
