1. None appears for the Appellant. By an order dated 6th April 2005, the sentence of the Appellant was suspended upon her furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
2. The changed address of the Appellant was communicated to this Court on 27th May 2004 through the Deputy Superintendant of the Central Jail as R-1, Vikas Nagar, Main Ranola Road, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059.
3. Learned APP informs the Court that the concerned SHO has tried tracing the Appellant at the said address but without success. In other words, she CRL.A. 680/2002
was not available at the above address and no further changed address has been furnished to this Court. Consequently, no purpose will be served in notice being issued to her as it is likely to be returned unserved.
4. The Court accordingly dismisses this appeal and cancels the bail bonds and surety bonds furnished by the Appellant. Directions are issued to the SHO to make earnest efforts to apprehend the Appellant and send her to judicial custody and soon thereafter apply to this Court to have the present appeal revived for hearing.
