1. A report has been submitted by the Station House Officer ('SHO') concerned that the Appellant has sold away his property and has left without leaving any forwarding address.

2. In that view of the matter, the appeal is dismissed. The bail bonds and surety bonds furnished by the Appellant stands cancelled. The SHO will take necessary steps to take him into the custody.

3. However, it is made clear that as soon as the Appellant is taken into the custody, the SHO will inform the learned APP, who will in turn mention the matter before this Court for revival and listing. S. MURALIDHAR, J.
