% 08.03.2019 The non-bailable warrants issued against the appellant Suresh Kapoor returned with the report that he (appellant) has died, the death having occurred on 25.07.2016, it being subject matter of registration of death certified on 28.07.2016.

A copy of the death certificate of the appellant has been made available by Mr. Bharat Kapoor, son of the appellant, which has also been verified.

The proceedings against the appellant thus stand abated.

The appeal is disposed of.
