Learned Special Public Prosecutor for the CBI has placed on record list of 16 girls/inmates whose age has been verified. Necessary orders regarding their release shall be passed within three days. 2.

It is informed that the age of six girls detailed in para No.7 of the status report has been verified on the basis of UIDAI. These were found genuine.

CWC shall release the inmates on the basis of the age verified from UIDAI, since there is no other document to ascertain their age. 4.

In view of this, learned counsel for the petitioner requests to dispose of the writ petition as all the inmates would be released and nothing survives in the writ petition.

The writ petition and all pending application(s) stand disposed of. 6.
