Pursuant to the notice issued by this Court, defendant no. 1 is present in Court along with her counsel.

Learned counsel appearing for defendant no. 1, on instructions, from defendant no. 1, who is present in Court, submits that since the defendant no. 1 has already shifted out from the suit property along with defendant no. 2, i.e., her husband, and has also vacated the room occupied by her along with her husband, she shall not visit the house of the plaintiffs. 3.
The aforesaid undertaking made on behalf of defendant no. 1 is accepted, and taken on record.

The defendant no. 1 is held bound by the same. 5.
Learned counsel appearing for the plaintiffs submits that the plaintiffs are satisfied with the undertaking given by defendant nos. 1 and 2 and that she does not press the allegations against the defendants in that regard. 6.
Both the parties are expected not to file complaints against each other. 7.
Without going into the merits of the allegations made in the plaint, considering the satisfaction expressed by the plaintiffs at this stage, and on account of the statements made by defendant nos. 1 and 2, the present suit is accordingly disposed of.

The pending applications are also disposed of. 9.
The next date of 27th March, 2026 before Joint Registrar (Judicial) stands cancelled.
