Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection, and he points out, in fact, that orders stand reserved by the learned sole arbitrator.

Accordingly, the mandate of the learned sole arbitrator, for concluding the proceedings and rendition of award thereon shall stand extended till 31st March, 2020, as requested by the learned counsel for the parties.
