The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner to dispose of the present writ petition in view of the benefit already availed by the petitioner under the "Sampattikar Niptaan Yojana", 2025-2026, ("SUNIYO").

Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the requisite amount of property tax already stands deposited with the Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"). withdraw the present writ petition.

It is pointed out that an amount of Rs. 1,63,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Sixty Three Thousand Only) has been deposited by the petitioner with the Registrar General of this Court pursuant to order dated 14th February, 2025. 4.
Thus, it is submitted that the said amount be allowed to be released in favour of the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents-MCD submits that he has no objection to the withdrawal of the present writ petition. 6.
Considering the fact that the present writ petition is allowed to be dismissed as withdrawn, on account of the requisite amount having already been paid by the petitioner, as per the scheme in question, as aforesaid, it is directed that the amount of Rs.1,63,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Sixty Three Thousand Only) as deposited by the petitioner pursuant to the order dated 14th February, 2025, shall be released in favour of the petitioner, along with any interest that has accrued, thereon.

The petitioner or his authorized representative shall duly file an application before the Registrar of this Court, for the said purpose. 8.
Accordingly, noting the aforesaid, the present writ petition, along with the pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn.
