Counsel for the parties submit that they have arrived at an oral settlement.

Mr. Hemant Daswani, counsel appearing on behalf of the defendant submits that the defendant would have no objection if the suit is decreed in terms of prayer clauses 27 (a) and (b) of the plaint. 3.

In this view of the above, Mr. Sachin Gupta, counsel appearing on behalf of the plaintiff is agreeable to give up the remaining reliefs claimed in the suit.

Accordingly, a decree of permanent injunction is passed in favour of the plaintiff against the defendant in terms of the prayer clauses 27 (a) and (b) of the plaint.

Decree sheet be drawn up accordingly.
