No.12395/2023, Mrs. D. & Anr. vs. Union of India & Anr., we dispose of this writ petition with the liberty to the petitioner to approach the State Medical Board seeking Eligibility and Essentiality Certificate. The said application shall be made within a week, which shall be considered and decided in accordance with law as also keeping in view the order dated 10.10.2023 as referred to hereinabove. The said decision by the State Medical Board shall be taken within three weeks. The decision so taken by the State Medical Board shall also be communicated to the petitioner as well. 3.
