The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the Trial Court may be directed to finish the Trial in time bound manner. 3.

In view of the above, the learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the Trial.

Permission to withdraw the bail application is granted. 5.

Accordingly, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
