In view of the Notification bearing No. 64/G-4/Gen1.-I/DHC dated 27th February, 2026, the present matter is taken up today, i.e., 28th March, 2026. 3.

After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present petition. However, he prays that liberty may be granted to raise all his contentions as made in his application under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 at the stage of final arguments of the suit.

Keeping in view the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of, with liberty as sought, in accordance with law.
