Learned counsel for respondent informs that as there was no stay operating against eviction order even after dismissal of appeal under section 9 of Public Premises Act, the petitioner vacated the subject premises and the same have even been allotted to a third person. 2.

Considering the above circumstances, it appears that petitioner is no more interested to pursue this petition. Therefore, this petition as well as all pending applications is dismissed in default.
