The present petition has been filed seeking following relief: "a. Allow the present Quashing Petition;

b. To quash the Complaint No. T-1/2024 dated 04.01.2024 under section 498A/406/323/326/354 IPC r/w Section 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 registered at CAW Cell, West District, Delhi and all the proceedings emanating therefrom;

c. Stay in the proceedings in Complaint No. T-1/2024 dated 04.01.2024 under section 498A/406/323/326/354 IPC r/w Section 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 registered at CAW Cell, West District, Delhi and all the proceedings emanating therefrom till the pendency of the present Quashing Petition;"

On a query posed by the Court, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner fairly state that till date the FIR has not been registered against the present petitioners. The above position is also affirmed by the learned APP for the State, on instructions from the IO, who is present in Court.

In view of the above, the present petition is premature. 4.

Faced with this situation, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition to file the same as and when the occasion would arise for the same.

The petition alongwith pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
