The plaintiff and the defendant no.1 have arrived at a settlement. 2.

The Settlement Agreement dated 10th December, 2024 (hereinafter "Settlement Agreement") has been placed on record and the same bears the signatures of the plaintiff and the defendant no.1 and their respective counsel. 3.

I have gone through the terms of the Settlement Agreement and find the same to be lawful.

The plaintiff and the defendant no.1 shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement.

The present suit is decreed in terms of paragraph no.1 of the Settlement Agreement.
