These petitions seek quashing of cross FIRs No. 306/2024 and 314/2024, registered at PS Pul Prahladpur. IO/SI Abhishek of FIR No. 306/2024 submits that investigation is pending and the weapon of offence is yet to be recovered. In the other FIR, a stab wound is stated to have been inflicted.
