Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 19th February, 2026, status report has been filed on behalf of respondent/MCD. 1.1 However, the same is lying under objections.

1.2 Copy of the status report has been handed over in Court and the same is taken record.

As per the status report, the property in question falls within the jurisdiction of DSSIIDC or I&FC Department of Delhi Government, and not MCD.

In view thereof, counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach appropriate forum for redressal of his grievances.
